Chad's career has been marked by four consistent actions: Rebuilding teams, Program/Product Innovation and Launch, Change management and Product/Process improvement. His out of the box thinking style and passion for people creates a free space for problem solving, while building into team members a responsibility for the bottom line and a true sense of camaraderie.
Chad worked in urban Milwaukee, WI for Rawhide Boys Ranch to develop a full social services network for the benefit of the boys and their families. While at Tyndale House Publishers, Chad developed the Project Management team into production leaders. As the Sr. Director of Product Management for Awana his team made dramatic improvements to the innovation and product/publishing launch processes. Programs that previously took 48-60 months to build and launch were done in 6-18 months. Production efficiency also improved from 66% of products making it on shelf on time to 99.84% for over 2500 products. Just as important, the products won in both customer satisfaction and sales performance. Chad initiated partnership efforts for Awana with Focus on the Family, MOPS, Promise Keepers and many others. His biggest reward is serving ethnically diverse churches, especially by helping them engage and equip parents to be the spiritual leaders of their children and to volunteer in the local church.
Chad's primary passion in life is spending every possible moment loving his amazing 10 year old- the best son in the world. Otherwise spy novels, football and finding a good game of chess occupy his time outside of church.
